The hotel was well-located, near public transport and local shops. The staff were friendly and offered a warm welcome upon arrival. The room had clean sheets and towels.
The room was cramped and had a musty smell. The bathroom was dirty with a clogged sink and a broken shower.

The location of the hotel is convenient, situated at a main road. Some rooms, though below average, are clean and the staff is friendly. Free wifi is a plus.
One of the hotel receptionists had bad hygiene and was unpleasant towards guests.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. I appreciated the convenient location and easy transportation. the breakfast offered was delicious.

The hotel was a good value for money with great facilities. the location was key, being close to all the tourist spots made it very convenient to move around the city. the room service staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the cleanliness was top-notch with daily room cleaning and change of towels.
We found the Wi-Fi to be really slow and it would have been better if it was faster. the bathroom needed renovation, the shower was pretty worn out making showering uncomfortable.
